Cookie Declaration

You are on the website www.nimble.expert. This website and the applications on this website make use of cookies. With cookies, information is collected. Insofar as personal data is collected using cookies, that data will be processed and protected in accordance with the provisions of the privacy statement and in accordance with this cookie statement.

What are cookies?

Cookies are (small) text files that are sent along with the website and stored on your browser on the hard drive of your computer or (other) mobile device(s). The information stored therein can be sent back to the servers on a subsequent visit to the website. Its main function is to distinguish users from each other. The term cookies also include “local storage” and similar technologies. Cookies are used to facilitate the functionality of the website, to improve and optimize performance and user experience, to analyze the traffic on the site and to increase the relevance of the offer on this website and on third-party websites by tailoring it to your interests and preferences.

Why do we use cookies?

Below are the types of cookies that are used. It is important to know that there are three reasons to use cookies. First of all, cookies are necessary for our website to function optimally. Secondly, there are cookies that are used to collect (anonymized) statistics about our website. Third, tracking cookies may be used for marketing purposes.

Which cookies do we use?

Cookies can and will be placed both by us and by other parties with whom we work. We use the following cookies for our website:

Functional cookies:

These cookies ensure that the website functions properly. We also use these cookies to keep track of website statistics. We can see which parts of the website have been viewed during the visit and the service can therefore be adapted as much as possible to the surfing behavior of visitors. These cookies are automatically deleted when the web browser is closed.

The function of a permanent cookie is that you are recognized as a visitor when you visit the website again. The website can therefore be specially set to preferences. We also use a permanent cookie to remember that you as a user have given permission for us to place cookies. As a result, you do not have to keep repeating your preferences, which means that you can make more pleasant use of the website and save time. You can delete such permanent cookies via the browser settings. Finally, these cookies also use local storage in the browser to temporarily store data. The advantage of this is that pages can be displayed faster, it is visible whether a user is logged in and that after the user’s session has expired, after logging in, the same page can be shown to you as a user. This information may include the user’s name. It is not necessary to request prior permission from the user of the website or applications to use these cookies. These cookies are also known as essential, persistent or session cookies.

Analytical cookies:

These cookies allow the use of the website to be analyzed so that the quality and/or effectiveness of the website can be improved. We work with Google Analytics. Both we and the web builders and (external and internal) online marketing parties who carry out assignments/work on our behalf therefore necessarily have access to the data collected in Google Analytics. For example, we measure how many visitors the website, at what time the website and pages are visited, for which region the internet user visits the website, which pages are visited (how long and how often) and in what order and/or if there are error messages. All this collected data is used to optimally tailor the content of the application to the wishes and needs of the visitors. This data is collected anonymously and is not used for any other purpose than mentioned above.

To get an idea of how the collected data is used, a sample of the software can be viewed on the Google LLC site. Google LLC may provide this information to third parties if Google LLC is required to do so by law, or insofar as third parties process the information on behalf of Google LLC. We have no influence on this. Google LLC is permitted to use the obtained analytical information for other Google services.

We also use Hotjar as an analysis tool. We use this service to keep track of and receive reports on how visitors use the website and to collect information about visitor behavior patterns with the aim of continuing to improve the website and content. By default, Hotjar stores all information of a session, such as page visits, mouse clicks, mouse movements, scrolling activities and keystrokes in forms. This service allows us to follow you on multiple pages and in multiple sessions. These cookies automatically delete themselves after 365 days. For the privacy of you as a visitor, we have used the option to ignore all keystrokes and to exclude certain fields from the recording. In any case, Hotjar does not show IP addresses. A unique ID (UUID) is shown, but it cannot be traced (for the Hotjar user) to your IP address. The details of the different cookies starting with _hj are explained on this Hotjar webpage.

It is also not necessary to request prior permission from the user of the website or applications for the use of these cookies.

Marketing cookies or tracking cookies:

This collects data about surfing behavior so that a profile can be built up. Data collected includes web pages visited, IP addresses, cookie content and referrer URL. The profile built up about you is not linked to name, address, or e-mail address. Tracking cookies also include advertising cookies and social media plug-in cookies. Our website includes buttons to promote and share web pages on social networks, such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram. As a result, cookies will also be placed via these buttons. These buttons enable a user of social media to share (parts of) web pages with that social media network. In addition, social media cookies can be used to link profiles to a registration on the site. When registering, it is possible that an online profile is linked to data that is (possibly) already known to us. The buttons use a piece of code that comes from the social network itself, over which we have no influence.

Furthermore, the information collected from the cookies placed is anonymized (as much as possible). You must have given us permission to place and use marketing or tracking cookies.

Expiration date cookies

The cookies that we place and that we can influence have an expiration date. This means that cookies expire automatically after a certain period and no longer register data. With each visit to our website, the expiration date of the cookies is extended. The term we use depends on the type of cookie but is a maximum of two years. This makes it possible for us to compare the trends over the past two years. We have no influence on the expiration date of the cookies placed by third parties (such as Facebook, Google, Hotjar, Intercom, etc.).

Third parties

Our website contains links and buttons from and with references to third party websites and other applications. This includes the LinkedIn network service. The moment you use the services of third parties, for example by clicking on such a link or button, you (possibly) leave our website or open an application on our website, and you consent to the placement and use of cookies by these third parties. Please note, we have no control over the cookies that are placed on these websites, and we therefore advise you to consult the privacy statement and/or cookie statement of the relevant website/service/provider for information. The information collected by these parties is anonymized (as much as possible). These third parties are responsible for the information recorded via cookies.

The information that Google LLC collects is also anonymized as much as possible. As for Google LLC and Meta Platforms Inc. (formerly Facebook) the information is transferred to and by Google LLC and Meta Platforms Inc. stored on servers in the United States. Google LLC and Meta Platforms Inc. adhere to the Privacy Shield Principles (formerly the Safe Harbor list). This means that there is an appropriate level of protection for the processing of any personal data.

Browser

The website is built based on all recent versions of the browsers Firefox, Internet Explorer, Chrome and Safari browsers. The design and operation of the website may differ when older versions of these browsers are used.

Remove or turning off cookies

By means of the cookie banner you have agreed and, if possible, passed on your preference regarding the cookies that are placed. It is also possible to influence how cookies are placed after this. For example, you can delete cookies placed via the browser and disable the acceptance of (certain) new cookies. By removing or turning off cookies, parts of our website may no longer work (such as automatic login), may no longer be visible or accessible, or may be displayed incorrectly. You also make it more difficult for us to improve our website, to tailor the website to your wishes and to improve our services.

You can also use the information about cookies and online privacy and the possibilities to organize your cookie settings via, for example, www.youronlinechoices.eu. In addition, you can set your browsers on all your devices in such a way that you will no longer receive cookies on your next visit to our websites. For instructions on how to set this up, please refer to the help function of your internet browser.
